Grande furada!

Péssimo custo-benefício! Distante do centro, à beira da rodovia. Se não alugar carro precisa chamar táxi ou Uber. O Sky Palace é famoso pelo seu café colonial, por isso o hotel cheira a peixe frito o dia todo…. Café da manhã tumultuado, cheio de opções estranhas e qualidade duvidosa… em um dos dias a salada de frutas estava azeda (passada). Atendimento da recepção mediano. Quarto ruim: colchão mole e deformado, cortina black out que não conseguia cobrir a janela de forma adequada (sendo que a janela era de vidro transparente e o refletor da fachada iluminava o quarto a noite toda), banheiro mal iluminado e mofado, portas encardidas, cheias de marcas de mão. O espelho de corpo do quarto tinha crosta de sujeira - acho que não conhecem limpa-vidros…. Sem contar que em frente ao nosso quarto tinha uma sala de estar, que juntava muita gente conversando e crianças brincando até de madrugada, muito barulho e ecos nos corredores, pois os pisos não tem carpetes pra abafar o som. Não voltaria a me hospedar lá….

Gostamos muito do hotel. A estadia é excelente. Dois pontos para melhorarem: retirem as mesas e cadeiras dos corredores, pois tem gente que dorme mais cedo e tem gente que fica jantando de madrugada e falando alto nos corredores, e a bancada no quarto deveria ser maior pois não tem muito espaço para as malas, além de ter mais um espelho no quarto, pois só tem dentro do banheiro.

Já foi melhor. Hotel precisa de reforma urgente

Já é a quarta ou quinta vez que nós hospedamos neste hotel. Todas foram excelentes tirando esta. No check-in fomos bem recepcionados porém ao chegar no quarto vimos que o chão do mesmo estava bem sujo ( tufos de pelos e cabelos rolando pelo chão ), desci e solicitei a troca de quarto que foi de pronto atendida porém, ao chegar no novo quarto o mesmo ocorreu. Não quiz solicitar uma nova troca pois já era tarde e estávamos cansados. Hotel precisa passar por uma reforma urgente. Registros não funcionam no banheiro, espelhos quebrados ou danificados, muita sujeira incrustada e porta de mdf inchada da humidade. Café da manhã decaiu bastante, alguns salgados duros e com aparência de velho requentados , tiraram as outras 2 máquinas de café que tinha ( uma de expresso e outra de café ) ficando tudo concentrado em apenas uma máquina de café o que gera fila. Enfim, é uma pena ver que um Hotel que está tão bom está neste nível. Acho que não voltaremos mais neste hotel.
