Great comfortable stay

Great hotel. Our stay was comfortable, breakfast was very well served, with even gluten free choices. The bedroom was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was nice and hot. What else do you need?

Pior experiência das minhas 4 idas a Gramado. Cama molenga, mal se mexia sentia balançar muito, dormi muito mal. Apenas 1 par de travesseiros e esses bem baixos, não dava conforto, não tinha outros pra ajudar. Apenas 1 lençol extra. De manhã tinha uma barulho horrível acima do meu quarto, com ctz não era hóspede, parecia que ia derrubar aquela laje. Ouvi dizer que estavam com obra. Não tem coisa pior que se hospedar em hotel passando por obras. E o café da manhã apesar de muitas opções não me agradou. Pois peguei um bolo de cenoura que estava liguento e o queijo minas bem seco. Os pães de forma estavam duro. O que me salvou foi o bom e velho pão francês com ovo. De bom la que gostei foi o chuveiro, bem forte, muito bom. Quarto limpo, sabonete líquido, em vez daquelas barras que são só sebo da maioria dos hoteis. A localização é muito boa e o atendimento dos recepcionistas tbm. Mas infelizmente isso não foi o bastante para suprir a falta de uma noite bem dormida e comida boa. Fica a dica. NÃO voltarei a me hospedar la com toda certeza.

Sim tudo sempre bem organizado.. Só não dei 5 estrela porque na outra estadia me ajudaram com as malas guardaram meu carro e essa vez não inclusive tinha que pagar vaga de garagem, então a minha espectativa não foi totalmente atendida.
