Upon entering, a welcoming hallway leads to a 60 m² living room, divided into three areas: a dining area with a table for 8 people, a lounge with sofas and a 55-inch Smart TV, and a relaxation area. Natural light floods the space through large windows. The balcony, adjacent to the living room, offers unmatched views of Granada’s most iconic landmarks.

The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, includes a breakfast bar and a separate laundry room. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the year.

The master suite features a 160x200 cm bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a spacious wooden shower. Perfect location

If you’re coming to Granada to visit everything it has to offer than this condo has everything you need. It is convenient to all the landmarks and has breathtaking views. We had a few hiccups but the management company addressed them immediately. We would definitely stay here again.
