Great place in the heart of things.

The receptionist at the AMC Granada was fabulous. Our room was clean and comfortable and I was pleased that the hotel let us know about the water shortage so we could be cautious in our water usage as well. We liked the balconies opening to the street, though it was a bit loud on Saturday night. Appreciated having a kettle and tea in our room. Tiny bathroom. Location was great, we walked everywhere from there. It’s Just in the square, downhill of Alhambra.

Loved this location. Across the street in the square, we enjoyed watching a free flamenco show! It’s right on the street toward Alhambra(15 min steep walk up) The room was spacious, didn’t need 3 beds but I wanted the balcony!

Staff was very friendly. At night, they're at the reception of the Hotel Monjas del Carmen, but it's literally one block away, so it was easy to contact them. The hotel is right on Plaza Nueva, where all the buses, taxis, tours, etc are. Very pleased.

The hotel parking is extremely difficult to access (2 levels underground, cannot follow a single line and need to go backwards to redirect in the middle of steep-sloped turns (several times), etc.), even for European drivers with years of experience with manual gears (stick shift). If you come from the US, my advice is: don’t even try it, it’s not worth the risk of making bumps in your rental car. Everything else with this hotel is great.

Tad deceiving

Best part was how close to the Alhambra it was. Negatives - it was not a 3 min “walk” to the Alhambra. Maybe via taxi or the bus, on a good day. The parking & breakfast was not on-site. The toilet paper were tiny sheets like bar napkins, not a roll.

Awe enjoyed our stay and we were able to store our luggage and we were able to check in early. Property is cleaned and well maintained. Property is located walkable distance surrounded by most the attractions in area and restaurants. In future I will stay there again.

Acceptable service. The rooms were small, not as described on the website. The shower was extremely slippery and very dangerous. I suffered a trauma to my right toe. Anyone could fall.

Very clean, awesome location (walkable to almost every tourist destination). I will say the rooms aren’t very sound proof + by a busy popular street- some ear plugs and no issue but for people with kids may not be ideal.
