Room condition was questionable upon arrival. There was no toilet paper and a used blanket in the cupboard. The mattress protector had a stain on it so we werent sure if the room was prepared for a new guest.

No elevator had to lug suitcases down stairs Most doors weren’t in use Dirty and dusty Bed wasn’t made in pullout couch. Holes in doors Shower was clogged did not drain Baseboard heater full of hair and dust 2 star hotel for sure

Perfect for families

Lots of families in the summer , mostly going to the Granby zoo. You have to be okay with kids playing, making noise in the pool or crying. But it gets quiet after their bedtime ! It was clean, comfortable and breakfast had lots of option

Traces de liquide encore "collant". Beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles. Poils dans le lit. Après avoir été transférée dans une autre chambre, j'ai trouvé un bouchon de bouteille d'eau sous mon drap contour donc, je ne crois pas que les draps aient été changés. La porte patio ne se barrait pas; serrure défectueuses. Dans cette 2e chambre, nous avions vue sur le stationnement alors que dans la première chambre, nous avions vue sur la piscine. Beaucoup de postes de télé avaient l'image figée.
