location a bannir, nous avons mĂȘme demandĂ© Ă  expĂ©dia de nous reloger tellement c'Ă©tait inadmissible! rien ne correspond Ă  la description, Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral horriblement sale,l'appartement qui nous est proposĂ© n'est pas celui de l'annonce, mais nous l'avons vu de loin et cela n'a pas l'air mieux que ce que nous avons eu! le wifi ne fonctionne pas, j'ai mis 1h Ă  rĂ©curer une casserole pur pouvoir l'utiliser tellement c'Ă©tait sale, les draps sont sales et sentent mauvais, ils devaient fournir des serviettes pour 3 personnes heureusement que j'ai pensĂ© Ă  en amener...! il y a des coupures d'eau incessantes, les matelas sont des Ă©ponges et donc impossible de dormir correctement quand vous sentez la planche de bois qui sert de sommier, la piscine est sale des dĂ©chets trainent autour, le carrelage autour cassĂ© donc dangereux si vous venez avec des enfants.. Il y a des cafards partout, certes dans les iles il peu arriver qu'il y en ai mais lĂ  il y en avait encore et encore.... les WC et la douche fuyaient au point d'inonder la salle de bains Ă  chaque douche ou passage aux toilettes... nous attendons encore le passage du plombier! Cerise sur le gĂąteau, des travaux dans l'immeuble dĂšs 8h du matin et mĂȘme le dimanche!! le jardin est en fait la cour qui sert de parking le barbecue n'existe pas, le gardien nous Ă  mĂȘme dit d'aller en acheter un et qu'il nous rembourserait.. je cherche encore l'aire de jeux pour enfants.. balais brosses des WC Ă  mĂȘme le sol... ABOMINABLE y'a pas d'autre mot!!!!

A EVITER DIFFICILE A TROUVER BRUYANT CAR FETES

Nous avons mis 2 heures en pleine nuit pour trouver l'appartement, il est dans des rues non indiquĂ©es, le propriĂ©taire avait coupĂ© son portable et ne nous avait donnĂ© aucune indication pour le trouver...Ensuite l'immeuble Ă©tant totalement inhabitĂ©, le gardien loue des appartements libres pour des fĂȘtes et anniversaires, nuits blanches assurĂ©es... Des moucherons envahissent la cuisine de l'appartement, les poussiĂšres ne sont pas faites, pas de drap housse pour faire le lit, Ă  Ă©viter totalement....

Location neuve, mais aucun Ă©quipement fonctionne

Bonjour, Nous sommes arrivĂ© le 24 Ă  16h00, le gardien Danny(TrĂšs sympa) nous a remis les clĂ©s. Et la, les problĂšmes ont commencĂ©! Le compteur Ă©lectrique sautait toutes les 15 minutes. Du coups pas de frigo, pas d'eau chaude et impossible de faire des courses n'ayant pas de frigo fonctionnel. Le problĂšme Ă©lectrique a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© le lundi 26/12, toutefois les problĂšmes de cette location ne s'arrĂȘte pas lĂ . Tous les Ă©quipements Ă©taient neufs (frigo/plaques/tĂ©lĂ©vision...), sauf que la tĂ©lĂ©vision n'a jamais fonctionnĂ© vu qu'elle n'Ă©tait pas raccordĂ© Ă  l'antenne. Le wifi maintenant mentionnĂ© sur le site accessible dans les chambres , dĂ©jĂ  si on arrivait a avoir un signal dehors c'Ă©tait un miracle!!! les 2 derniers jours ont Ă©tĂ© un cauchemar, impossible de prendre une douche ou de se laver,l'eau dĂ©gageait une odeur nausĂ©abonde (Ă©gouts). Enfin et le plus important, nous sommes partis en famille avec 2 enfants dont un de 7 ans. Aucune sĂ©curitĂ© dans cette location, que l'on soit Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ou Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Une bouteille de gaz dans la douche!!!, niveau sĂ©curitĂ© on est au top!, la piscine ne dispose d'aucun systĂšme de sĂ©curitĂ©!. si vous souhaitez je dispose de photos!
