Wonderful resort! Clean and had so many fun options to stay entertained. Wished we had warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor games, pool and bar. The bowling was a hit for families and the gym was open, airy and had all equipment available. We will stay there at our next Grand Canyon vacation!

Front desk is not professional and not friendly. The staff forgot to leave towels after cleaning. Mold on the shower curtains. Power in the bathroom went off while I was drying my hair. At the restaurant they take forever to bring something as simple as pancakes. Very surprised this hotel has 4 stars.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it is a few minutes from the Grand Canyon. We were in one of the older rooms (I believe there is renovation going on based on some photos of newer rooms on the hotel website). Our room was very large, but probably hasn't been updated since the 1990s, so it was a little dingy and outdated. That said, the room was quite large, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Although I was travelling with my husband, I can see how this is a good hotel for families with young children due to the pool and arcade. A nice surprise was that the hotel had washers/dryers at the end of the hall which were free. You just need to provide the detergent (available in the hotel store if you didn't bring your own). Like most hotels, the restaurant was overpriced given the quality of the food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the fact that in the lobby you could get free coffee/tea and refill your water bottle.

Hello, the room that I was assigned had the sheet was torn, holes throughout wall, interior handle for the shower door was missing. The room service did not replenish the water bottles. The parking area was extremely dark and so was the interior hall. The room was at the end so it was extremely noisy. I understand that I got a good deal from Expedia, however, the room and building appeared to be of concern. I sent a message to the hotel upon my check in and there was no acknowledgment.

The ADA room we booked was stone cold when we arrived. The thermostat instructions were not available. Trying to heat the room was a problem because the thermostat is centrally controlled and had to be reset. By the time the room warmed up it was 3:00 AM. The fan ran all night along with a strobing smoke detector and a red indicator mounted adjacent to the heater register which rattled all night. Paid a lot of money for a resort room but got no sleep. Unacceptable.

We had a great time at the resort, our room was clean and spacious. The location is ideal for visiting the National Park. We used their hot tubs, arcade and fire pits. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Grand Canyon area.

Was nice but the public areas of the lobby and hallways of my building were all very cold, to the point that it may have been an issue with the heating system. My room was comfortable and the staff were all nice and attentive.
