Open floor plan with spacious living/dining/kitchen area that will accommodate the entire family. It is located directly on Hwy 1 across from the beach.  Beach access #6 right across the street and plenty room for boat parking. Downstairs area has a locked storage for tenant use along with a half bath and two picnic tables. We welcome pets to our camp, just be sure to make your pet fee payment arrangements with management for your pet when booking. Cable T.V. in Living Room and Wifi included at location. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #4.8 Blackberry Lane.

Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.
