Arrived no carts and staff was not going to hunt for them charging for parking unheard of. Check out at 5am no carts available. This establishment has gone downhill

Nice clean hotel and very quiet

Very clean and nice looking hotel. Room was nice but bed was very uncomfortable because one side was “dented” in more than the other and flipping the mattress was not an option.

The definition of “meh”

Huge room, good mattress, terrible pillows. Linens fresh and clean. Towels nice. Ample hot water and good water pressure in shower. Front desk person at check in appeared to have been having a bad day and was crying. Not welcoming. Parking lot fills up fast in the evening.
