Hotel shows its age. The staff seem annoyed to help people. The fact that they charge a $14.00 parking fee is outrageous. I can see $3-$5 at the most, but even that seems a bit much. The one elevator had something sticky on the floor at night and was still there the next morning. Very dark inside needs to be brighter. Staff need to be a lot more out going and approachable. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. The only thing it had going for it was the price.

We are very displeased with our stay as our toilet was broken when we checked in and the maintenance person could not fix it. We had to put up with an unflushed toilet for our entire time at the hotel. The staff claimed there were no other rooms available so we had to deal with it. When I mentioned this to the clerk at check out on the morning of June 7, 2025 she did not care. Wer go through Grand Junction 6 times per year and will not be staying at your property again due to this lack of concern for a working toilet.

Everything was good. I found it odd that parking was so expensive for people staying at the hotel. The facility was nice but definitely old and run down. You can tell they try to take good care of the facility but the age shows. Overall cleanliness was good. The pillows were not comfortable so bring your own pillow or ask for more.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY DEBIT CARD. WRONG PERSON TO DO THIS TOO. Front desk customer service is very unhelpful and not knowledgeable in any way whatsoever. Not a good idea to treat me this way. Bad choices on their behalf. Good luck with business because you just lost a customer.

Front desk staff promised a $1.00 hold on my credit card but instead charged $98.50 without my consent, ultimately preventing me from securing a room and forcing me to sleep in my truck. Fraud by False Representation • What Happened: The front desk staff informed you that they would place a $1.00 hold on your credit card to secure your room due to your delayed flight. However, within three minutes, they charged your card $98.50 without your knowledge or approval. This mismatch between what was promised and what occurred is a classic example of fraud by false representation. • Relevant Law: The Colorado Consumer Protection Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-105) prohibits deceptive trade practices, including making false or misleading statements about the price or nature of a service. Misrepresenting the charge amount—saying it would be $1.00 when it was actually $98.50—falls under this category. • Why It’s a Violation: The staff’s statement led you to believe that only a small, temporary hold would be placed on your card. This hotel was awesome! My kids and I got to enjoy it together on our first time ‘trip’. Room was great, loved the pool and the staff were awesome. My kids are already asking to go back. Was sad to only stay one night. It’s very affordable, great quality and great location.
Only picture I got without my children being the main focus. Pool was nice, my kids loved it.

The facility was clean, but there were aspects of the room we found impractical and inconvenient. The bathroom was VERY small and cramped. Definitely no more than one person could be in it at a time. Also, there were very few outlets and they weren't conveniently located. Generally, people like to plug in their phone on their bedside table, but there were no outlets anywhere near the night stand. The facility was "okay" but I would probably stay somewhere else if I'm in the area again.

-Did not like that it said there was breakfast in the morning, had to pay for it. -Did not like that we had to pay to park in their lot $14.00, and we were told they were not responsible for any damage to our vehicle in their lot. -You said it was pet friendly, there was no choice for pets when booked- $50.00 plus &7.33 tax. -You said it would cost $148.73 and the final cost was $220.07.
