Beds were fine, comfy big pillows, but ...

The hotel's exterior looks poorly maintained--lots of cobwebs above entrance doors, exterior dated dirty trash receptacles that are hard to locate. There is a $14.00 *parking fee* for each night, which if you secured a room on an online travel service, like Hotels.com (which states that ALL fees are included), you still have to pay! (Our $124 all fees included came out to over $130!! Room cleaniess was all that!

Hotel is a bit dated and the pictures did not match the property. The parking fee was a bit of a surprise but I guess I should have read carefully before booking. Room was nice and clean. Good place to stay if you are passing through and need a place to crash for the night

They charged a $14 parking fee, there was no shampoo or conditioner offered, just a small packet of body wash, the room was dated, had an attached resteraunt but we did not eat there, beds were comfortable, in a decent location, family trip, stayed 1 night.

We have always stayed here when we come to GJ and have always had a great room and great experience. We were given a room on the first floor for the first time this trip. When we walked in you could smell a strong odor of cigarette smoke. I inquired at the front desk and asked if it was a previous smoking room and was told no. I said, well someone must be smoking in another room because it was that strong. Very disappointed because I LOVE this hotel, always have. Oh well, I'll just request no 1st floor next visit.

Obviously an older property judging from case goods and amenities. Everything here is so well taken care of that the age doesn't matter. This property is great for anyone who cares more about comfort and cleanliness than style. I would 100% stay again.
