The tv in the room wasn’t working I called the front desk and gave me a phone number to call ( I was aspecting someone to come to fix it) I called the number and got put on hold and eventually they hung up, the third time I hung up after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes The next day someone did fixed the problem with the tv but the room didn’t get cleaned, the hotel is nice but obviously lacks on good service
