Everything about the place was great! It’s a newly built hotel with very nice staff. The only thing I wished it had was breakfast but there’s plenty of food options nearby.

It was a little difficult figuring out how to get to the parking lot of the property since it is located by a number of other parking lots but you have to approach from behind the hotel. Also the pool is a bit smaller than it indicates/looks online. Additionally the breakfast is a strange option for a frozen breakfast sandwich, fruit and drink its more than a fast food option or even most meals at Perkins.

We will never stay at a My Place hotel again. We had to cancel at the last minute as the bride was admitted into the hospital and the wedding was postponed. My Place refused to refund any of our prepaid charges and we paid $250 for a room we never used. We called My Place as soon as we knew to let them know and they still refused. Most hotels have a cancel for free by 6 pm policy but not My Place.

Grandson said “I feel like royalty”

Staff was super! Friendly, helpful and the front desk clerk really seemed like she enjoys her job, it’s surprising what a difference that makes. She conversed easily with my young grandchildren making them feel important. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially considering I had 3 young kids with me. My only suggestion would be pillow choices. There are ample pillows but they were all rather big. Nice for sitting up in bed but too much for us for sleeping on. I usually bring my own pillow because I’m finicky with pillows (take this into consideration). I would definitely stay here again. I’m actually going to look to see where other locations might be for future trips.
