Nearly new and well appointed, staff is under a learning curve. Room service was a bit disappointing, failing to clean the bathroom, or replace towels. With experience, expect to improved ratings.

Everything was beautiful, only thing that gives 4 star was. Fire pit was not working and the electric outlet on the window side of bed did not work either. But everything else was amazing. Thank you

The location of this hotel is nice for college families as it’s right by NMU, but we stayed for medical reasons and it was only a 5 minute drive to the hospital which was great also. Lots of places within walking distance, and the room was very clean, lots of ideal lighting and plenty of places to charge portable devices.

Checking in was easy and the front desk team was incredibly nice. Rooms were clean. Only complaint was our neighbors were too loud at like 7am but hotel couldn’t control that. Complimentary Breakfast was great. Wished they had more of an accessible water dispenser on each floor. We loved the fireplace outdoors.

This is a new property, and it is fabulous. The room was huge, with a full kitchen that included all the appliances and tableware. The living room had a full-sized sofa, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Wonderful shower too. The breakfast buffet had everything one would expect, and the food was hot and tasty. Highly recommended property.

Our room was huge! There is a full kitchenette including stovetop and dishwasher, large bathroom, and couch/ desk area. The beds were very comfortable. The room was spotless, but the air freshener (to us) smelled like a combination of cucumber and cigarettes. I suggest they change the fragrance. I was impressed that despite a large group of athletes for a tournament, the hotel was quiet. Downtown was a $10 Lyft ride away.
