I had called two days prior in the afternoon to prearrange a late check and the woman who helped on the call was very friendly.
However, when we arrived the woman working on third shift was extremely rude. She treated me like l was an inconvenience and bothering her by needed to check in. At the counter she didn’t acknowledge me, say hello, ask for my name or anything. instead she just said “where’s your license” and then snatched it from my hand. She then handed paperwork to me and said “sign this here”, then tossed the key packet on the counter afterwards. I didn’t get a copy of anything or my info around the stay. I have never been treated so poorly at a Hotel before.
Room itself was quite clean, however the bathroom had no hand towels and didn’t have a soap dish to put the bar of hand soap after using it. There also wasn’t enough bath towels for 4 adults, but we weren’t going to ask for more after the treatment I already had received.
When we checked out Saturday morning at 9:30am the front desk was still locked up. There wasn’t a sign saying if we needed to leave the room keys or how to get a copy of our receipt.
Luckily only needed the room for overnight, and will not ever return as this was unacceptable treatment and had subpar amenities/accommodation for $200+ a night
