This was our second stay and everything was wonderful as was the first time. Rooms are clean and well stocked for a small meal, very roomy and the staff goes above and beyond. Dinner and breakfast was very good with plenty of choices!

I completely satisfied 100%. Excellent breakfast. Super clean. I have been in many hotels throughout the years,and i must say they are the best. There are night when we came back and there were hot meals such as the Lasagna. Excellent customer service, they texted us to check how we were doing. Hot chocolate every night. My family love the place. I recommend this place and im surely come back. Cleveland is beautiful.

The bathroom was dirty and so were the sheets. My ironing board broke and I needed to iron my clothes. I asked for it at 9 in the morning and no one showed up with it until night time. It was freezing outside with a snow blizzard and heat was not working. Toilet overflowed.

The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was nice, with many options and comfortable seating. There was a hot chocolate bar, which was a hit with the kids! The room was spacious and clean. The only thing that was not ideal was the water pressure.

Staff was super nice, welcoming. The gentleman who checked me offered options on where my room could be (30s, ponytail). The gentleman who tooo my key the next day, tall, dark complexion, was also very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, if dated with old TVs and carpet.
