We booked a family suite with a king, a double, and a pull out couch. There was no blanket on the pull out and when we requested one we were told the hotel did not have any blankets. When I asked for compensation upon checkout, I was told that they had to check with the manager and they would need to get back to me. They still have not. I will be following up when we get home.

Excellent breakfast and comfy rooms. Only issue was the inconsistent wifi, and when you’re travelling with pre-teens, that is an issue. Could be because we were on the top floor.

Too hot-air conditioners didn’t work in 2 rooms

The rooms were so hot! They moved us and it was worse…the air conditioning ran all night and only brought it down 1degree in both rooms…went and bought fans that helped but only moved hot air
