This 550 sq mtrs Bastide St. Antoine finds itself on a 16,000 sqr mtrs olive tree garden with a heated 12 x 6 mts, just removated pool.

Adjacent is a modern loft studio with its own bedroom with an oversized king bed, bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, wifi, TV and terrace, offering complete privacy to another 2 to 4 guests, for a total of 12-15 travelers.

Great fireplace and lounge area. Fully heated and air-conditioned. The villa’s character is truly Provenzal, over 90 olive trees, lavender and lemon bushes, vineyards, different fruit trees and berry bushes adorn its relaxing park. Feel like you got away from it all, surrounded by nature in complete privacy, while being just 15 minutes away from Cannes, and other Cote d’Azur hot spots.

The terrace will likely become your favorite part of the house, as you watch the sun set over the mountain enjoying your apero. There is a Sonos sound system throughout the house and the garden/pool. Two wifi systems. Fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, microwave, dish washer, laundry room with washing and drying machines. Golf field is just 5 minutes away.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or more, or outside, in the garden on either of the two terraces enjoying views of the mountains and the swimming pool or entertain your guest around the kitchen bar as you prepare their meal.

The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 include a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub, shower, toilet and bidet, 1 including a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, just across the hallway, 2 include 2 single beds and share a bathroom with a toilet and shower one level up. The downstairs common area has a toilet near the main entrance. The studio has another oversized king-sized bed, offering a total of 6 bedrooms.

The house features air conditioning, central heating, cleaning products, a dressing room, a dryer, ironing equipment, mosquito nets, a vacuum cleaner.

Note that towels, bed linen, cleaning fee and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available onsite and is private. Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed.
