Functional hotel with a great restaurant.

A functional hotel next to a shopping mall. Check was slow and the WiFi was very poor every where which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had great air con and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant.

Acceptable Rest Stop

Was a decent hotel. I would never plan a trip there, but we used it as a place to stop and rest on our larger journey. I would do tht again.

Very nice restaurant food, but room is too dark!

The parking at this hotel is charged at R$20/day; can be paid by credit card. Good thing is that they have people managing the parking lot at all times, so I feel quite secured parking at the property. The food in its restaurant is nice, reasonable price with great value and big portion. I would go there for the food. There are some thing I hope can be improved: 1) The room is too dark. There is no light for the desk area so if you are working, you would feel very uncomfortable using the desk. 2) The room comes with air conditioning and can produce heat, but the heat is kind of weak. There is only a thin blanket on the bed, no additional covering (comforter) could be found in the room. It gets kind of chill/cold.

Experiência boa, limpeza ok e funcionários bem receptivos. A única coisa a reclamar foi a questão do frio, por volta das 21:00 solicitei mais cobertores por conta de estar bem frio, e a recepcionista disse que só tinha um edredom solteiro e que só poderia fornecer mais no outro dias as 07:00 da manhã que é quando as camareiras ja estariam la, fora isso tudo muito bom
