The third bedroom includes two 90x200 cm beds, a dressing area, and a desk.
A bathroom with an Italian-style shower, storage, and a single sink, as well as an independent WC with a hand basin, complete this floor.

On the first floor, there's a relaxation area with a sofa, games, and books for children. The fourth bedroom boasts a 160x200 cm bed, a dressing area in the hallway, a small table with a chair, and is equipped with air conditioning. An adjoining bathroom includes a single sink, a shower cabin, and a WC.
