Gem in Great Falls

I was really impressed with this hotel. The Check-in process was easy, and the staff was so friendly. We ordered our breakfast at Check-in and it is delivered to the room at our designated time in the morning. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the parking situation wasn't great as well as the room TV not being connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms and lobby were very clean.

I honestly don’t think I will ever stay anywhere else in GF. Staff is amazing, rooms are clean, nice, comfortable and perfectly appointed. They deliver freshly baked cookies and milk at night. Coffee is high quality. And the fact they partner with Crooked Tree Bakery down the street is the cherry on top.

Without a doubt the nicest place I have ever stayed. Clean all throughout the hotel. Lots of complimentary extras that make this hotel go above and beyond the average hotel. Johnny was a great help in getting some details worked out during my stay but overall the entire staff was excellent.
