Although technically a studio, the property felt spacious. It is well equipped with a comfortable bed. Winterton-On-Sea at Xmas was something of a leap into the unknown for us. The beaches were the preserve of the seal population, but it was a privilege to see the seals and a pleasure to walk on the dunes and coastal paths. The beach and village facilities are within easy walking distance. The convenience store has friendly owners and long opening hours, the pub serves a nice pint, and the fish and chip shop was excellent
