This experience was absolutely amazing. The check-in process was quick. We received cool hand towels to refresh our hands and face, upon arrival, and were immediately served rum punch during our short wait. Great food, great servers, great bartenders. Great vibes all around. Shoutout to the entire gift shop staff. However, they fell a bit short when it came to getting service from the front desk. We had 3 people in our party and there were only two towels and one small tube of bath gel; the extra towels took forever to arrive and housekeeping never arrived to tidy up our room and refill our bath products.

I travelled with my family to princess resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality. We had a platinum club swim up, which I would highly recommend. Platinum room allows you access to their club, where you will check in, they offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner separate from the buffet and a butler. Some cons: The beach is very rocky, definitely would recommend wearing water shoes. I think they should clean up the rocks a bit. The sports bar is great, however the A/C was on full blast so be prepared if you do plan to be in there long. Something I hope to see they change in the future is having a deejay or music playing in the night. The Sport bar is opened till very late and becomes the hang out spot for both guests on the adults and family side. It would be a nice added touch to match the vibe, especially when the live games are done. The swim up room we had we had noticed there were a lot of patched up work vs the other non swim up room we had. It is understandable that swim ups are booked consecutively which would mean wear and tears are expected to happen faster, there was a sewage smell from one of the pipes in the room Pros - the kids club, the drinks, the food, our butlers Julian and Daviesha truly amazing, the customer service, the workers, the water park for the kids was great for both adults and the little ones. The rooms were very spacious Overall we had a great time and an experience, and looking to return soon.

My family and I enjoyed this hotel immensely. The food was great, and the activities onsite was all we needed. My only negative was the mosquitos as we have a swim out pool on the ground level and construction / repair was happening on the hotel so our room smelt of concrete / cement and was very dusty
