This was our first visit to this resort/brand and we had an amazing time. My friend group always takes a couples trip around April/May; and i believe we will be revisiting this resort. We didnt eat a bad meal, all of the staff was so accommodating and polite. If i was forced to pick a area of improvement; it would be to maybe add a.addtional bartender when there is an entertainment activity/event.. The beach was private, beautiful, and very clean. They alao did great job with thw separating of the "family" and adults only beach access. Would 100% revisit the property.

The front desk staff was not helpful at all. However, the rest of the people were great. We had some issues for sure. Overall, it was a good place otherwise. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The room that we wound up with was nice and very comfortable. The food was as good as we have had at an all inclusive. There were plenty of things to do close to the resort if you want to leave. With a little more time I bet it will be a much better experience all together.

My partner and I stayed at the Princess Adult Resort hoping for a relaxing and private getaway. Unfortunately, our trip was marred from the very first morning by an experience that left me feeling exposed, humiliated, and completely disregarded. At 8:30 AM, without any knock or warning, a staff member walked directly into our suite while my partner and I were completely naked. There was no mistake about what they saw. As a religious woman who holds modesty as a core value, I was deeply shaken and mortified. That moment of invasion, that complete disregard for our privacy, still lingers with me. The next day, we met with the assistant manager who acknowledged the mistake and showed us surveillance footage to explain it was due to an internal error — apparently, the maid had been told the room was vacant. In response, we were offered a private cabana at the pool for a couple of hours. While I appreciate the effort, this gesture felt completely insufficient. There are pools all over the resort. A private cabana did not erase the deep violation we experienced, nor did it make us feel safer or more respected. I asked to speak with the assistant manager again. She promised to call me on WhatsApp, but I never heard from her despite following up daily with Guest Services. I left my number multiple times and received no further communication — not during our stay, and not after. This ruined our trip. I felt violated, dismissed, and disrespected. Privacy should be expected at any stay.

The swim up pleasure suite room was amazing! Lovely decor, great view! The stay started off terribly when I arrived I was informed the swim out suite I had booked was not available and the front desk manager tried to downgrade me to a normal pleasure suite or send over to the family side of the resort. After I complained and refused these options, they miraculously for a swim up pleasure suite for me! Putting me through a lot of distress for no reason it seems, it was also up setting the Clive who was initially dealing with the issue didn’t come out and explain how he managed to find me the room, he sent someone else out instead. I really feel his customer was very poor in this instance!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Princess Senses. The staff is wonderful, and there was plenty of space to spread out. There were always activities going on and the entertainment staff were all full of excitement. Loved everyone and everything and cant wait to return. I hope the opening of the Casino doesn't spoil the vibe or bring a different crowd. We will definitely return and bring more family.

I spent my birthday week at Princess Senses the Mangrove on the Platinum side. It started out rough with the airline delaying our flight, interfering with our arrival date, then losing our luggages. Although, that had absolutely nothing to do with the resort. It had just the right amount of party and quiet time during appropriate times with just the right amount of people where it wasn't too crowded nor too boring. The staff was great and our butlers, Neisano and Dennis, were extremely awesome and treated us like family from the moment we stepped foot on the resort and made sure we felt safe and comfortable. They really took into account my never-ending list of food allergies and made sure all of the chefs at every single restaurant they booked our dinner reservations for were made aware of my ridiculous list of food allergies, including the chef at the Platinum Lounge where we stayed. They had even created and allergy card for me, made copies for my significant other, themselves, and all the chefs at each of their restaurants. One of our butlers, Neisano, even took the time to reserve the whole outdoor seating area for the Hibachi restaurant on our last night and really went over the top to make my birthday weekend and our stay extra special. Our other butler, Dennis, really took the time and did it big with decorating our suite while we were out doing activities and enjoying the beach. They definitely made my birthday memorable and would definitely be returning.
