I was in town for a convention at the Koury Center. There’s an undesirable apartment complex adjacent to the property that is although separated with a chain link fence, is for concern. I stayed two nights, the first night no real issues. Parking lot had a lot of trash and upon check in I was issued a room that someone was already in when I used the key card to open the door. The people in that room were in the shower when I opened the door so that was not comfortable, but an understandable mistake. The second night I was awoken by numerous gunshots outside my window three different times at 10:20, 12:30 and 4:00 am. At the 4:00 am wake up I also had to deal with people running down the hall and being loud. Rooms themselves were nice and clean, surrounding area and staff not so much.

It was ok for the price. Being a light sleeper I could hear everything happening in the parking lot & believe we were next to freeway. The breakfast was kind of sad. Waffles, cereal & frozen breakfast sandwiches. Only one hook to hang towels in bathroom. Bed was a little stiff. Staff was very friendly
