The staff was very nice at the check in. The room doesn’t have any space to put your clothes. Only some hangers. We stayed only one night, but I wouldn’t consider it for a long stay. You have no drawers. The bathroom did not have shampoo and conditioner refilled. The shower was very slow. The breakfast was pretty good and I loved the coffee.

Room was warm and muggy. Thermostat stated it was 65 degrees and it was at least 75. no other rooms available. I left to stay at Homeward Suites in less than 10 minutes. The general manager refused to do the right thing and refund room. I will be communicating with Hilton corporate office, but not holding my breadth. Apparently the manager doesn't feel his rooms should be comfortable for his guests. Make note.

The room was clean but the soap dispensers for sink & shower were empty. The kleenex box was empty and Definitely annoying with a daughter with active allergies. The night staff was pleasant and morning staff was nice and heard me out. I complained about the party above me stomping and jumping over my head from 6am up until I checked out @10am. Totally dissatisfied especially after arriving after midnight from over 8 hrs of driving. No accommodations were made other than me having to let the front desk know so they can be spoken to. I paid a nice price for only 4hrs of sleep. Definitely not ok.

Another mini Trip

This is the second time I come to this hotel and I will say it's clean.I wish they had a pool but I know they're new but they do have games inside. Great breakfast and the area is for easy convenience to stores..

The property itself was clean and conveniently located. The only problem that I did have was the noise from the floor above. Assuming because the floor in the room was not carpet you could hear every single footsteps the floor above took. It was quite annoying.

I stayed there 2 nights. The first night was good. But idk what happened to the room above me, they keep walking, stomping, moving stuffs noise like thunder from 11pm to 2am, i think, may be longer. I called to the front desk two times. It wont stop. I know Tru cant contorl it.
