My wife and I love coming here. The bar staff is always a highlight along with the food and the hotel is nice and comfortable. This stay we had a toilet that flushed slowly, and a sink that didn't drain. Our in-room AC wouldn't allow us to adjust the temp in the room so we were very warm throughout the night. None of these things will keep us from returning, but it's definitely something that should be addressed.

We love the Embassy suites. We have stayed there multiple times as I have to go to Greenville every couple of months for a medical treatment. The property is clean, the food is good. The location is great! We will definitely stay there again.

They seemed to be having issues with the heat in our room. We had already unpacked as we’d been checked in for a few hours and sent a maintenance man to try to fix it; but they couldn’t get the heat to work. They were very gracious and allowed us to move to a different room. However the hot water seem to be unregulatable. It either fried you or froze you. I look forward to checking out tomorrow.

We checked in on Friday, December 27th and stayed until December 31. Celebrating our anniversary. We have stayed here in the past and things were wonderful. NOT HIS TIME! Our room was NEVER cleaned. We have to ask for wash cloths and towels. This is not like Embassy Suites. We were disappointed by the housekeeping. We are Hilton Honors members and have never experienced the inconsiderate by Hilton hotels. Sorry but we will find another place to stay to celebrate our anniversary next year.
