The huge deck area provides you with a great place to drink your morning coffee as you listen to the loons call. Located just 10 minutes from downtown, you will have the opportunity to see all that Greenville has to offer yet be back to serenity in just a short drive. In this area you are likely to see moose and deer, as well as other wildlife. This home is set back into a private wooded neighborhood, located directly on Lower Wilson Pond with water access direct from the property. There are excellent fishing, hunting, hiking, kayaking, and even white water rafting opportunities in the area. Lower Wilson Pond has a healthy population of Brook Trout and Landlocked Salmon. No hunting is allowed within the limits of the association. In town, there are many guides available for hire to help make your trip memorable. There is a boat launch and shared beach in the association that you will have access to.
