It was a nice hotel but unfortunately the AC DIED and we were quite miserable for 48 hours. The hotel had offered to comp us with 10K points for future reservations. We shall see if these show up in a few more days.
Food at the on-site restaurant was very good with excellent service.
Housekeeping staff were kind and attentive even though we didn’t need to utilize them for our stay at all bc we requested none. They offered clean towels every day which we accepted.
Front desk staff at NIGHT after a concert at Red Rocks greeted us with silent stares as if we DIDN'T BELONG…not COOL Felt a need to explain that YES we do belong here and yes we do have a room on the 9th floor
Felt it was RIDICULOUS to pay for PARKING after paying a pricy amount for the 5-day stay…they kindly comped this off our bill bc of the lack of AC for 2 days. They would NOT however comp the price of parking for our child while visiting us which I also found ridiculous. This should have been something that was ‘validated’ and zero’d out but it WASN’T…also not cool.
All in all it was a good stay with a few frustrating things.
Lastly, the day-time front desk staff were VERY helpful, namely Rahul He was GREAT and very helpful and accommodating when helping with our ISSUES at the site.
