Great exercise room, but equipment attachments for cable machines are missing or incomplete. Nice breakfast, but they started putting breakfast items away 15 minutes before closing time at 9:45am. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Coffee at entry was available but cold, not tended. Nice location close to downtown and free cookies. Overall very nice.

Excellent stay as always!

We have stayed here several times and the hotel staff is always helpful and friendly, the hotel is always clean and it is convenient to downtown. We enjoy our stay each time and will keep returning.

Downtown Greer Hampton Inn gone bad!

We did not receive proper house cleaning, the entire stay, which was close to two weeks. We had our room cleaned three times. Because we were there for so long, I asked to have the sheets changed about halfway through our stay and no one ever changed them. The last time I asked which we only had three more nights, they handed my husband the sheets and told them that I could change them. During our stay, I would put the do not disturb sign out every other day. I did not think I needed someone to clean the room every day. However, three times in two weeks is unacceptable and not changing the sheets is by far the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. Will not be staying here again.

Have stayed at this hotel many times. Had trouble sleeping both nights, could hear every footstep above me, toilet seat slamming down. All the above from 11:30pm-5:00am, 2 consecutive nights. Will only stay again if I can reserve top floor. In addition, deadbolt lock (room 335) did not work.
