False advertising

The advertisement was false because it said I had a room with a jet bathtub and the front desk was asleep and drunk,smelled like alcohol and said they had a room available but it was ten dollars more. I paid a hundred dollars and drove out of my way because of the advertisement. Waste of money!

This place was very dirty and the entire hotel smelled of smoke. Didn’t feel comfortable to sleep under the covers. Had to lay towels down to walk around the room because it wasn’t clean. The TV wouldn’t work properly.

STAY WAY!!

We walked in bottom floor smelled like skunk covered up with a horrible cheap cologne and bleach is the only way I know how to explain the smell. But after being in the car for 18 hours we was gonna try it. Got to the room and and it was awful the couch was busted, the bed was very uncomfortable and after about 5 minutes my wife began to have an allergic reaction from the cleaner or horrible air freshener they where using. Couldn’t get a refund at the time so I had to go rent a room at the Hampton. Called the manager the next morning explained that I was told to call in the morning and he tells me “you was in the room for 2 hours” I told him I absolutely was not explained the situation further the whole time he was being rude even acted like I was lying because it took me a minute to find my receipt with my room number on it eventually he did give me a refund but wasn’t happy about it. Long story short STAY FAR AWAY from this hotel I’ve stayed in some cheap motels that was low quality but this was by FAR the worst I’ve ever seen!

I made a booking online and took a taxi there two hours early, because their website said that early check-in was possible, and I've never had any problems with this at other Super 8 hotels. However, I was yelled at by an angry manager who told me that if I wanted to check in, I had to pay an additional 40&. I said okay, I'll wait two hours in the lobby.But he kicked me and another person who came early outside in the heat and said that we couldn't stay there and that we had to clean it. I canceled and walked to a nearby hotel. Please return my money.
