There were just a few things I was concerned about. When we got in our room it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Also, we had to go back up front to ask how to turn the shower on. It was not the usually stopper to pull up. The lady up there was very nice and gave us a card with the instructions. This should have been in the room in my opinion.

I reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub. When i got to the property, i was told it was unavailable so I downgraded. When i entered the room I downgraded to the alarm clock was broke, the mirror had writing on it, phone didnt work, furniture was awful and had broken pieces plus the room smelt like old stale cig smoke. The front desk lady was nice but this room was awful for $70.

This hotel was disgusting! The first room given to me was dirty and I could tell it hadn't been cleaned. I went to the front desk to inform the clerk. She stated they were short staffed on cleaning so she would give me another room. I walked in the second room and it practically wasn't any better. The rooms had a foul smell. I decided to clean the room myself. I went to Walmart to grab a few items to clean and disinfect the room. When I returned, I discovered the bathroom light wasn't working. The clerk sent someone to fix it. As i processed to clean and disinfect the room, I pulled the covers back on the bed and a bug was crawling in it. I sent my son to get the clerk, she came in and I immediately showed her the bug. She at first was trying to convince me it wasn't a bug until she smashed it and blood came out. She offered to give me "clean" sheets because they didn't have any more rooms. As we where talking, I spotted a couple more bugs on the bed. She told me she understood if I wanted to leave. Upon leaving she gave me her information, to assist with getting a refund. The hotel is in an absolutely great location but it definitely needs tons of upgrades and deep cleaning.

The overall appearance wasn't bad, however, the rooms were extremely dirty. I changed rooms 3 times upon arrival due to the first two being nasty. When i walk in the first room, it was extremely hot, the floor was filthy and bathroom was not clean. 2nd room, the floor had piles of dirt in the corners, bugs were dead on the ac unit, refrigerator was nasty, window seal nasty, hair on toilet and tub,sticky spots on floors and it smelled heavy of mens colonge.3rd room was ok, i still ended up getting cleaning supplies to clean everything including taking two towels and mopping the floors with my foot. The bed sheets were clean but the beds were extremely hard. We stayed because it was budget friendly and we needed to stay two nights for the event we were there for. Other places were very high. The lady at the front desk ( older black lady) idk her name, but she was very nice when i made her aware of the conditions of the rooms and i asked her for broom and mop. She said i shouldn't have to do that and she was more than willing to give me another room each time. The location is good and overall appearance isn't bad. It could use a little updating but definitely needs to be deep cleaned. It is not clean and i will not stay again.

Floor was dirty, clearly had not been swept. Sheets smelled and looked dirty. Shower didn’t work. I checked out a day early and would t refund my second night even though I was dissatisfied and couldn’t even take a shower in the morning before my meeting. It was disgusting. Couldn’t spend another moment in that room.

Great stay.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was uncomfortable, but what bed is comfortable that isn't your own -- right? There only 2 issues were the box of Kleenex in the room was on the floor by the window; and there was a fist-size hole in the wall of the dressing area.
