We booked this for an Ole Miss football game. It was a decent 45 minute walk (or less) and not outrageously expensive, as is usual for a college football game.
Our bed was comfortable and we slept well.
However, the bathroom had mold in the corners of the floor (and got the bathmat filthy when the floor got wet), a peeling ceiling, a missing toilet paper holder, and a broken towel holder.
The room also had a dirty floor, as my feet got dirty walking around the room. It was all we could do to keep things off the floor and wear shoes inside.
We noticed some of the parking spots had old oil leaks, and we could see oily footprints from the lot across the front walk and into a room. No wonder the room floors are dirty, however I would expect a clean between guests.
If the floors had been decently cleaned I think I could have lived with the maintenance issues, since the location was convenient, however, we wouldn’t return in its current state.
Oh, and breakfast was oatmeal packets, tiny muffins, and bread to toast. It had plenty of coffee, which was a bonus.
