In the heart of Chianti, villa The Vineyard features ancient architecture, typical of a Tuscan farmhouse , that magnificent renovation has however been able to transform into a cozy and comfortable residence of charm.
With a breathtaking view of vineyards, cypress trees and olive groves, this charming house is able to offer hospitality up to 14 people with its 7 bedrooms doubles, all equipped with a private bathroom.
Arranged on four levels, it presents the living area on the third of these which can be accessed from internal steps. Here there are two large living rooms with sofas and a wood-burning fireplace and another room with sofas, a small stove and a fridge for snacks. At this level there are also two double bedrooms with shower.
In the hall a staircase leads to the fourth level where a turret with an all-round view of the surrounding countryside will give you a dip in the heart at every sunrise and every sunset. Enjoy the wonderful double bedroom that will host you, the long chat in the living room, the private bathroom with shower.
The first level of access externally from the garden. Here there are two double bedrooms with private bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Then the main bedroom with a large whirlpool tub and an en suite bathroom with shower will welcome you in the best way in an environment of unique charm.
In this area there are also a large fully equipped kitchen enriched with a seven-burner stove and double oven with French doors leading to a patio and an outdoor dining room large enough to accommodate a large group of guests.
On the upper floor, however, you will find a heated indoor swimming pool overlooking the countryside where there is also a bar and lounge. In addition, a double bedroom and a private bathroom with independent access from the garden complete the hospitality. All suites have queen size beds while the whole structure is served by air conditioning.
Outside, a game of stone terraces frames an iconic 8m by 8m infinity pool alongside a solarium where you can spend hours and hours pampered by the rum king of a nearby spring. The pool water, on request, can also be heated. Also outdoors you will also find a kitchen with barbecue, table and chairs.
The original layout of the Villa dates back to the sixteenth century with its stone facades and its dovecote transformed into a turret . hot water, electricity and heating derive from the use of clean energy such as geothermal and solar energy. In the most beautiful rooms Villa Il Vigneto will give you some beautiful images of women interpreted in superb contemporary works of art. In half an hour by car you will be in Florence and Siena but in the surroundings there is a succession of characteristic villages: Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Castellina. In the area, for sports lovers, there are also several golf clubs.
