Beautiful property completely wasted by awful horrible rude staff. Immediately started off by a rude person at reception checking us in followed by our two bedroom suite that was supposedly ready was actually still uncleaned when we dropped our luggage off. When we notified them of the issue it took them an additional 3 hours to complete the cleaning process which was way after the actual promised check in time. By far their most disgusting practice was that the bar/restaurant staff was clearly routinely engaging in racist behavior and would only speak to and serve caucasian guests at breakfast and bring them coffee or breakfast items from the buffet (which by the way they can serve themselves) where as the asian guests would be completely ignored. The management team was completely useless when I brought up the check in issues and in fact had the audacity to argue with me when they clearly dropped the ball at check in. No attempt was made to apologize or correct the behavior during the rest of our stay.
