Eine schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung für die Familie, bequeme Schlafcouches und sauber. Gut ausgestattete Küche sogar mit Backpapier, Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und echt gut ausgestattet.Grömnitz ist zwar ein schöner Ort aber dennoch müsste man viel mit dem Auto machen und das Freizeitangebot war nicht so toll.Der Strand war schön

Eigentlich schöne Wohnung, leider mit einigen Anzügen in der B-Note

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut, aber eher weil wir nicht viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht haben. Die Wohnung machte zunächst einen sehr guten Eindruck, der bei näherem Hinsehen leider deutlich getrübt wurde. Die Sauberkeit war für uns grenzwertig. Spinnenweben in vielen Ecken, in einer Schublade in der Küche fanden wir einige bereits keimende Zwiebeln, die Terasse war extrem dreckig und die Möbel haben zum Teil die besten Zeiten bereits hinter sich. Dazu wurden dort auch übrig gebliebene Terassenplatten gelagert - insgesamt möchtr man sich dort lieber nicht aufhalten.Die Beleuchtung im WC hat einen Wackelkontakt und fiel regelmäßig aus, zudem lässt sich dort das Fenster weder vollständig öffnen noch korrekt schließen. Zu guter letzt ist der TV nicht funktionsfähig. Trotz mehrer Versuche der magenta-Box ein Update auszuführen, war kein Fernsehempfang möglich.Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schön geschnitten und zumindest die Schlafgelegenheiten machten einen sauberen Eindruck. Wenn die genannten Mängel abgestellt sind und die Endreinigung stets akkurat durchgeführt werden würde, kann ma es dort sicher sehr gut aushalten. Für unsere Erfahrung gibt es aber leider entsprechende Abzüge bei der Bewertung.

Sehr große moderne FeWo, ruhig gelegen.

Die FeWo ist modern eingerichtet und hat einen sehr großen Aufenthalts-/Wohnraum mit großer moderner Küche. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Betten waren bequem (bis auf die zugehörigen Kopfkissen). Die FeWo ist sehr ruhig gelegen (man muss jedoch beachten, dass man zu Fuß von der FeWo ca. 25min bis zur Seebrücke geht (1,7km)). Die Schlüssel-Übergabe war völlig problemlos und prakmatisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
