Maison bien située, conforme à la description, facile à vivre, et rien ne manque. Si nous revenons à Groix, nous reprendrons cette location.Le petit plus: Le bon accueil de l'agence "île et côtier"

Points positifs : -logement conforme à la description-proche des plages-calme-indépendant- joli jardinPoints négatifs :- manque de propreté à notre arrivée : poussières sur tout les meubles et sols, araignées sols et plafonds- tapis sales- nous avons du faire nous même nos lits, une première dans un location !- vaisselle mal lavée Notre avis : l'état des lieux avec les précédents locataires n'a pas été fait correctement.

sans âme ni charme ( contrairement à ce que suggéraient les photos) , maison de papier....fragile quant aux réalisations ( accrochage aux murs, mobilier de cuisine, cloisons fines comme du papier...) Mais, elle a fait son office!! et attentes et commentaires très personnels!
