In the heart of the village, you will have a reserved parking space. Additional vehicles can be parked in the village spaces below.
You will reach the house via 18 steps and also have access to a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a griddle.
Upon entering the cottage, you will step directly into the living room with a corner sofa, television, and dining area. On the same level, you will find a fully equipped, modern, separate kitchen and a separate toilet.
Upstairs (14 steps), you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), a shower room with toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and its own small terrace.
Outside, on the terrace level, there is a small utility room with a washing machine. Baby equipment is available upon request: travel cot and high chair. This charming house is located in the hills above Groléjac, 400 meters from shops and less than 8 km from Sarlat and Gourdon. The village of Groléjac is very attractive, with its three main attractions: the port, the mill, and its lake.

You will have easy access to the major sites of the Périgord Noir region. Discover the castles (Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Beynac, etc.), the listed villages (La Roque-Gageac, Domme, etc.), the gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.), canoe trips, and the Groléjac lake, a peaceful spot perfect for swimming, fishing, walking around the lake, or exploring the marsh, which has its own discovery trail.

You can also take advantage of your holiday to visit the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric (Lascaux IV International Centre for Cave Art in Montignac) and troglodytic sites.
