tolle Ferienwohnung mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Wir waren nun zum 5ten Mal in Großenbrode im Urlaub- das erste Mal im Haus Meerblickvilla. Aussen wie von innen eine sehr ansprechende Unterkunft mit Verbesserungspotenzial.
Positiv:
- sehr nette Rezeptionistin die uns alle offenen Fragen beantworten konnte, Check-in verlief schnell und ohne Probleme.
- große, helle Wohnung, ideal für 6 Personen
- überwiegend sauber, Fenster hätten aber dennoch mal geputzt sein können- nicht nur unterhalb der 1,50m Grenze
Negativ:
- rutschige Treppe in der Wohnung, unser Jüngster (3 Jahre) ist diese ca 6 Stufen runtergefallen bevor wir ihn auffangen konnten. Man könnte dieses verhindern, in dem man Stufenmatten anbringt. In anderen Wohnungen hat es auch geklappt wie wir sehen konnten.
- karge Einrichtung in der 2ten Etage: Sideboard oder Spielecke wäre wünschenswert, Platz ist genug vorhanden
- sehr dreckiger Waschraum im Keller, 2 Waschmaschinen und 1 Trockner für 48 Wohnungen- definitiv zu wenig! Sie waren ständig belegt, ob frühs, mittags oder am frühen abend. Wir sind dann extra früh aufgestanden (um 6 Uhr) um mal waschen zu können. Den Trockner haben wir in der ganzen Zeit nur einmal verfügbar erwischt.
- gern hätten wir mal das Restaurant im EG besucht, aber die Bedienung hat uns sehr abgeschreckt. Wir waren 2x dort um Eis an der Theke zu kaufen, damit schien Sie schon sehr überfordert obwohl niemand im Restaurant gewesen ist. Zudem war Sie auch sehr unfreundlich.
Wir würden wieder kommen, mit mehr Gepäck und vll andere Wohnung.
