It lies in a quiet, very valued and pleasant residential area.The house is centrally placed on the property and is framed by a small lawn. On both sides, the front and the back of the house guests find a covered terrace. The front terrace is ideal for breakfast and to eat outside in general - especially because of the proximity to the kitchen. And the back terrace - with access to the bedroom - is ideal for relaxing.The entrance is via the kitchen and living area. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining table with chairs in the middle, a sofa and a large flat screen TV.A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a massage shower. The other bedroom offers two single beds. This bedroom has its own bathroom with shower just next door.In a small annexe at the back of the house you find a practical storage space for the garden furniture and a washing machine.
