The apartment is located on a one hectare, wooded and flowered property, it enjoys an exceptional panorama over the Gulf of Ajaccio and is located 1.5km from Porticcio beach and shops (2 min by car) . In Porticcio you will find many activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, parasailing, horse riding, etc ... as well as boat trips to visit the bloodthirsty islands at sunset, Bonifacio, the creeks of Piana, the nature reserve of Scandola, etc…

The swimming pool with dimensions of 17m x 7m and with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 2.90m is ideal for swimming.

The private terrace with its wooden furniture overlooks the garden and allows you to admire the view of the Gulf of Ajaccio, the swimming pool and the garden. The barbecue is right next to it.

The interior of the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms:
