Located on the first floor (on the upper ground floor of a residence), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom with storage for 2 people, a shower room (with toilet), and you can enjoy a garden shared with the residence as well as a very nice private terrace with plants and a pergola. The flat is ideally designed to comfortably accommodate 2 travellers, with the kitchen (fridge capacity and grocery storage) designed for 2 people. However, 2 extra people can be accommodated in reduced comfort, thanks to the sofa bed in the main room, which can be used as an extra bed. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room (with air-conditioning), sofa bed (double) and TV
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and air conditioning.
- Bathroom with shower, electric towel rail and WC.

Outside :
- An enclosed terrace private of 70 m², facing East / South-East / South, with furniture (Pergola, gas barbecue...) to enjoy the nice days and the 180° view on the sea, maquis and mountain.

Common area :
- A swimming pool (not heated) shared with the residents of the condominium, open from June to September (opening date on contract) and with an alarm system.
- A garden enclosed by hedges and gates, shared with the residents of the co-ownership.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron, baby cot.

The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, on the shores of the Gulf of Ajaccio, in the town of Porticcio, in a very pleasant and calm environment, away from the coastline which can be noisy in summer. - Nearest airport: Ajaccio airport located about 15 minutes by car.

Other remarks :
- Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedroom.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels on request, extra charge to be paid on site to the concierge: Kit including bed linen, towels, bath mat and kitchen towels: 15€/person.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- No stairs to access the apartment from the parking lot.
