We got at the Hilton Hotel Easton and we were told THERE WAS NO ROOM for us because they got overbooked! Then they sent us to an Aloft Hotel nearby, which belongs to Marriott too but: not the same standards of Hilton, so it was a lower quality, plus VERY noisy! The only thing that was the same was the king size bed, but not as comfy as the Hilton one, where we have stayed a couple of times. We’ve paid for a good quality hotel and was sent to a worst quality hotel!
ONE MORE THING: The room at Hilton came in Expedia for US$211 and when I clicked to use my US$177 cash from points with Expedia, and it was automatically changed to a full price: US$388 and then Expedia discount my cash US$177 and I ended up paying more for NOTHING!!! I lost all May points, paid with not discount that was initially showed AND was sent to a worst hotel!!!
If EXPEDIA had a name, you guys need to get this right, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
