The property was good and guy at the front desk when we checked in was good at his job and very helpful. The only problem we had was some items was left in the room but when we return in less then 3 hours know one knew where our stuff was. Then we got the run around for 30 minutes for then tell us they through the item away. I don't believe them.

Very roomy for a family of five. Although the unit smelled a little like smoke and was a bit dated, the staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Parking was also easy, and the amenities were wonderful.

Disappointing

We had stayed at a Sonesta in AZ in the past and loved it. We were very happy to find one in St Louis. The two bedroom/two bath was just what we wanted. However, the place was not in very good shape and our unit was not very clean. The carpet had not been vacuumed nor had the bathroom/kitchen floors been swept. There were black marks on the walls, and nearly every protruding corner had missing paint. The bathroom ceiling had holes in it where nails had come through. The breakfast did not include all the items they advertised. The pool was green and cloudy. With some maintenance and a facelift, this place could be really nice.

I’m going to be honest and say that I will probably never stay here again! The room was nice and clean. The downstairs bathroom shower was stopped up. The breakfast was awful. It says a full breakfast. The breakfast is tacos, turkey bacon, sausage and continental breakfast items. The bacon was cold and the apple juice was watered down. The biggest disappointment and the reason we chose to stay here was the pool. It wasn’t available when we checked in. The front desk said that it would opened the next day. It was but based on what we saw the first day we decided not to get in. Sonesta please do better.

Real strip down room.

The room and pool was excellent. They list breakfast as part of your stay. Stop and buy your supplies prior to checking in. The food was scarce and cold. I could write a book to fix the service but they are cheap to say the least. I had to clean the top of the stove to cook on it. Then they never changed our towels until I told the manager the day before we were leaving. Stayed at similar place on the way home and they had plenty of food and great service.

I’ve stayed at many Sonesta but this by far the worst stay I ever had . If I could give a 0stars I would. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the shower curtains smelled horrible like it was never wash smelled like dog one of the room tvs didn’t work the other room tv had a long screen crack in it. The pool was very dirty and green had tadpoles swimming it the purpose of me booking was the pool drove 8 hrs from Alabama to be disappointed. The food was not great. They had regular hash brown where they just chopped it up instead of just buying shredded hash browns. The apple juice was watered down . The taco meat from the breakfast was like thrown together and the turkey bacon sausage was cold. There is not enough parks for you to park close to your room. 2nd night it was 6 police deep leaving out when we was coming back to the hotel . Me and another person was also staying out there was trying to figure out what was going on. People outside smoking being suspicious and even I had to watch my mom and brother walk back to there room because a group of people started following them and they realize they wasn’t alone the walked back. I’m just very disappointed I even called to speak to manager said he was busy I even left my number no return call back. I even tried calling again and no one answered. I will go further than this if I can’t reach anyone. So save yall money for this overpay of this type of Sonesta . This Sonesta just didn’t meet the standards of all Sonesta.

Stayed here as a kid and thought it would be better.....First night was ok second night sucked people kept making noise yelling/stomping around etc. It also rained our last night and the roof leaked and water soaked through the foundation/floor, we woke up to all of our clothes soaked through and part of the bed was wet.

The carpet had spots by the chair as you walked into the room. The shower was in the corner. Room service never offered towels for the next two days. The breakfast attendant had an attitude. The lady was taken down at 9:25 instead of 9:30. I usually don't complain about my stay at any hotels/suites, but this one was awful. No I did not take any pictures you can go into the rooms. Then on here it never said anything about paying a deposit $150…any where I stay its not that high or don't charge at all.

I couldn’t tell from the hotel reservations that the room would be on the bottom floor behind a set of stairs. I felt uncomfortable walking to my room at night after checking in, especially since my room was behind the staircase outside in a corner far from the check in office. I didn’t feel like the parking area was well lit. My room smelled strongly of cigarettes and I couldn’t relax or sleep all night. The smell was overpowering and made the place felt unsafe and cheap. If I had known more about the setup, I would not have booked here. I regret my reservation. That being said, the staff who checked me in was very courteous.

The room was nice. Lots of room to visit. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner was great. However. The tv upstairs did not work and when we called we were told there was no one onsite and it would be at least tomorrow. The ice maker did nit work, tlephone didn't work Also, a room near elevator or front door was requsted because guests have trouble with stairs. We were upstairs and there were stairs in t he room Breakfast: what should have been warm was cold, what should have been cold was warm bacon looked like it had not been cooked
