The room was very clean and neat but quite small and didnt have a proper chair to sit down. There isnt really a reception or room service of any sort so if u need anything like a spare pillow there is no ody to speak to. However the room was modern amd clean. There was no air conditioning - or i couldnt figure out hpw to turn it on.

Hotellet lÄg pÄ ena sidan om en lÄngtradarparkering och receptionen pÄ andra sidan. SvÄrt att gÄ sÀkert mellan dessa. Det fanns ett litet utbud av mat i restaurangen, men det var dyrt och inte prisvÀrt. Omysigt. Hotellrummet i sig var det inte nÄgot större fel pÄ!

Super Hotel fĂŒr Zwischenstop

Wir waren das erste Mal in einem serways hotel und waren sehr positiv ĂŒberrascht. Zimmergrösse, Ausstattung, , Sauberkeit, Ambiente und Ruhe alles super. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Matratze und schneeweißer BettwĂ€sche. Der check in problemlos und jederzeit möglich, kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze am Haus. FrĂŒhstĂŒck fĂŒr 7,50 ausreichend und okay. Ich kann fas Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen und wĂŒrde hier auch immer wieder einkehren.

Zimmer mit Klimaanlage die leider nicht funktioniert hat und das bei Temperatur ĂŒber 28 Grad FrĂŒhstĂŒcken gibt es in der RaststĂ€tte ist aber nicht als FrĂŒhstĂŒck zu bezeichnen zwei Scheiben Wurst ein Brötchen ein Croissant etwas Marmelade und einen Kaffee. Wenn man einen zweiten möchte muss man den extra bezahlen

Hotel is well located for a 1 night sleepover if you are using it as a transit on a journey. The hotel itself is very average. The first room we received hadn't been serviced but we were quickly offered a new clean room. The service at the reception was very good and the gentleman was very helpful.

Völlig indiskutabel

Die Rezeption findet sich nach kĂ€ngerer Suche an der Tankstellenkasse, dort werden die GĂ€ste zwischen Tankquittungen und WĂŒrstchen abgefertigt. Zum eigentlichen Hotel muss man dann zwischen abgestellten Lkws und pinkelnden Touristen durchklettern. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung stellte sich nach intensiver Suche als Klitzekleines Einzelzimmer heraus mit schmutzigem Bad. Dies habe ich reklamiert ( wieder den Weg zurĂŒck ĂŒber die RaststĂ€tte
.). Dort angekommen erklĂ€rte man mir dass ich fĂŒr ein Doppelzimmer auch doppelt bezahlen mĂŒsste. Meine vorgelegte Buchung mit entsprechenden Fotos hat man nicht akzeptiert. Nach langer Diskussion hat man mich mit der sogenannten ÂŽ geschĂ€ftsfĂŒhrerinˋ verbunden. Diese hat dann aggressiv und genervt erklĂ€rt dass man fĂŒr die Fotos und Werbetexte nicht zustĂ€ndig sei und ich also nur das schmutzige KĂ€mmerchen haben könne. Nach Bemerkung ĂŒber Rechtsmittel hat man sich bereit erklĂ€rt die Buchung zu stornieren und das Geld zurĂŒckgegeben. Fazit: Nie wieder. Die Fotos und Texte entsprechen nicht der RealitĂ€t, das ganze Objekt ist ungepflegt und unsauber. Das Personal vor Ort ist ĂŒberfordert, die GeschĂ€ftsleitung unseriös und unfreundlich.
