Facing the sea, have breakfast on its large terrace (35 m2) before walking the 15 meters that separate you from the beach for a “Sun” morning...

Ideally oriented, sheltered from the wind, this chalet offers a breathtaking view overlooking the deep blue sea.

It stands out for its particularly careful and personalized decoration as well as its high-end services over its 80 m2. The chalet is classified 4 stars as furnished tourist accommodation, and equipped with wi-fi.

The large living room, equipped with a dining area and a “comfortable” kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, induction hob, American fridge, etc.) also faces the sea. You can watch from the sofa a sunrise over the Mediterranean!
The sleeping area includes two spacious bedrooms with storage and comfortable bedding, one of which has a 160x200 cm bed and the other two 90x200 cm beds. It also has a child's bedroom under the roof with two 90x200 mattresses on the floor.
The three bedrooms are air-conditioned, very useful for those very hot summer nights!

The bathroom has plenty of storage and quality materials. The WCs are separate and accommodate a “Laundry” area (washing machine, dryer, steam generator).

The bottom of the chalet, equipped with a shower and a toilet which is very practical when returning from the beach, also has a “relaxation” area and tables for your barbecue!

Ideal for a family or two couples, this authentic chalet offers you a real “cocoon” to enjoy your “South of France” vacation!

The price does not include bed linen and towels, this service is optional (40 euros per person) if you wish.
The obligatory cleaning service (100 euros) is not included in the price and must be paid on the day of your arrival.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. and departures no later than 10:00 a.m.
Bedroom 1 includes a double bed (160cm), a storage cupboard and a chest of drawers.

A lovely house by the sea

Séjour pour la fin d’année pour deux couples d’amis habitués à passer ce moment ensemble. Un séjour parfait dans ce chalet qui a un emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate du village de Gruissan.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer, Superausstattung

Lage und Ausstattung des Chalets sehr gut. Sehr netter Empfang und Einweisung durch die Vermieterin. Leider war die Information über Vorhandensein von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern sowie die Bezahlung der Endreinigung durch FeWo direkt nicht richtig. Diese sollten inkludiert sein. Laut Sophie ist das aber schon seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr der Fall. Sie hat uns dann aber sofort mit allem ausgestattet. Inzwischen ist der Fehler von FeWo auch korrigiert worden. Das war ein bisschen ärgerlich von Seiten des Anbieters FeWo.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben in diesem Haus einen wunderschönen und entspannten Familienurlaub verbracht. Sophie ist eine sehr sympathische, freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist so eingerichtet, dass man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen kann. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben nahezu nichts vermisst (größere Töpfe in der Küche vielleicht ;-) ). Die Lage ist toll und der Strand ein Traum für jedes Kind (und natürlich auch die Eltern). Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön - wir kommen sicher wieder liebe Sophie :-)

Un chalet très bien décoré, très bien équipé, comme chez soi ! Et un emplacement privilégié !

Une semaine de rêve dans de chalet, sans manquer de rien, les pieds dans le sable et la plage aux pieds ! Nous recommandons, mais pas trop fort quand même pour qu'il nous reste des créneaux ! 😉

superbe chalet idéalement placé

Spacieux chalet décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et parfaitement bien équipé. Très bien placé avec une vue magnifique, même si les véhicules font souvent demi-tour juste devant. La terrasse est top ! Couchages de très bonne qualité, grands rangements, équipements de qualité (four, lave linge, etc). S'il fallait améliorer quelque chose: ajouter une barre de son ou autre système pour la télévision du séjour ? Nous y avons passé 5 jours en famille et nous nous sommes régalés. On recommande ! Les enfants on hâte d'y revenir!

Gruissan plage

Une très belle découverte ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sophie. Très sympa nous avons été mis à l'aise de suite et avons fait la visite du chalet si atypique de la plage des chalets. Tout était parfait, décoration soignée, la cabane des enfants, la douche en bas lorsque l'on rentre de la plage, cette terrasse avec vue sur la mer que du bonheur. Nous avons ensuite découvert la magnifique plage et la mer. Du début à la fin de notre séjour tout à été parfait. Nous avons visité le zoo de Sigean et visité les salins Saint Martin. Tester et plus qu'approuver les restaurants. Mais surtout profiter de la plage et de cette mer splendide. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons en famille ! Alexis, Céline, Alyssa et Arthur

Quelque part vers le paradis

Nous avions fait notre réservation au tout début du confinement. Quel bonheur ces vacances, ce chalet. La propriétaire est adorable, le chalet extrêmement bien équipé. Avant dernier chalet donc vraiment peu de passage. Les habitants des chalets voisins très discrets et aimables. Une fois les courses faites on vit à pied, la plage en face. Notre garçon de 5 ans a eu un immense sentiment de liberté et rêve d'y retourner.

Très bon emplacement, le meilleur. Chalet très agréable avec tout le confort et une propriétaire prévenante, très sympathique et d’une grande discrétion. Une vraie gruissanaise, un peu la famille pour des toulousains. Je recommande cette location sans réserves.
