The nicest hotel in which I have stayed in Switzerland with a stunning view of the lake from my large and comfortable room. The in-room hammam was a great extra. The hotel is also a short walk from Geneva’s shopping district.

Exceptional All the way around

Exceptional service at every touch point. Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Definitely one of the top hotels I've stayed at. Rooms were well maintained and beautifully appointed. Ambiance in the hotel as a whole was charming and warm. Do not miss this hotel!

We only stayed here for one night but I wish we had more time! The staff was very friendly. Our reservation didn't immediately show up on our arrival, and because of the slight "inconvenience", we were upgraded to a suite! The bathtub was luxurious and the view was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxurious experience!
