Súper mal servicio. Para comenzar yo ya estaba a punto de dormir descansando cuando me pidieron gritando literalmente del pasillo que bajara a pagar mi estancia porque la tarjeta no habia pasado, después pedí unas toallas y me las negaron porque no pedí servicio en el cuarto, no se cuales sean sus reglas pero en ningún otro hotel me las habían negado, otra cosa que había una cucaracha en el cuarto lo cual es muy desagradable y antihigiénico, y tengo pruebas en foto de ello por último el desayuno estaba muy raquítico, solo comimos fruta porque no había variedad.

Everything …Breakfast not good no real eggs they were powdered, and hot dogs, no blankets for bed my wife’s, and I, and my mother-in-law only had a sheet, no coffee makers in the room. When we had booked one executive suite 4 days. The room came with very minimal items. Conditioning control came out of the Wall in room 769. Could not control the air temperature. We usually stay there every time for a convention twice a year. I don’t think anymore. Because of the lack of amenities, I would say it’s more like a one star.

Rente 2 cuartos por que éramos 5 personas aparte creo es un límite de 4 personas por cuarto, 3 y 2 más que suficiente de espacio, cuando hice check inn la persona del front desk con actitud nefasta me comenta que solo tenía registradas 2 y 2 por cuarto por lo que tenía que pagar por la persona extra, me cobró $400 pesos, no sé cuál sea la diferencia si no pague por el buffet, pero en fin, solo había una toalla para todo en el cuarto, llamé para pedir más y nunca llegaron, tuve que bajar a recepción los 2 días de estancia por toallas.

The room was clean and in good condition and my favourite part of the stay was the breakfast. I enjoyed the choices at breakfast. Service was good. What was hard about my stay was that I couldn't get the AC to work when I needed it to and the room was hot during the night.

I reviewed and chose this Hotel because of location and the amenities. We arrived less then a hour before check-in and they would not check us in til 3pm. We were informed that the pool was closed. I wanted to swim at night. They bar only served three types of beer and no alcohol drinks because the bar was under repair. I think they didn't have a bar tender. The bedroom didn't have blankets on the bed, only a sheet. I had to ask for blankets. The bathroom only had two towels. Nothing to put on the floor when you get out of the shower or at the sink when you wash your hands. The buffet was okay, but there was onions in most of the dood. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
