Excellent hotel for my stay. Except the water temp was way too hot and the sink was flooded. I let the front desk know and they moved my things to another room. The waiting area for the buffet is long, we waited about 30 mins to be seated.

Excellent location. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Executive Lounge was excellent. Special recognition to Sara and Fernanda in the executive lounge who made our stay that much better. You need to spend more than the advertised price

I booked a basic room for an 8 day stay and found out that the bathroom was terrible. The toilet leaked water and when I complained they told me I could change rooms but basically the bathroom was going to be the same. They offer that I could upgrade to the premium room which was more expensive and this one had a more spacious and remodeled bathroom. I understand there are premium rooms that the hotel was rated 5 stars and I was expecting the basic necessities to be better than average.
