Se pide un deposito en garantia, hay dos modalidades uno de 160 pesos que no se reembolsa y cubre pequeños daños y otro de 1,000 pesos que se retienen hasta que finalice su hospedaje se reembolsan automaticamente si todo esta en orden.
No se permiten fiestas ni eventos.
No se permite fumar dentro del alojamiento.
Por respeto a los vecinos, mantener el volumen bajo entre las 10:00 PM y 8:00 AM.
Por favor, dejar el lugar en condiciones razonables al momento del check-out.
