Overall this option is great, you cant beat the location, you are literally inside the airport so logistically for someone either coming or going this is awesome, I however am hypersensitive to small lights and the room have this smoke detector that lights up super bright every 15 seconds…. So if you are like me… bring a sleeping max or else thus light, the ac control panel and the tv infrared led wont let you sleep. And also….. skip the breakfast buffet… quite expensive for what you get, better just to offer continental breakfast and that is all

The first room we were given had bad TV reception. They sent a technician… he was very nice and explained they had been having cable issues. I called front desk and asked to be moved, as I booked this hotel because it’s at the airport and it’s a Hilton! Asked if I could be moved. She initially said I could get a free breakfast.. I will check out by 4:45 am. So not a solution to no TV. We just wanted to relax watch a movie ect. She looked into moving us. She called back and said they would send a member from front desk to check other floors , I asked if we could go check if the TV in other room worked otherwise why move. She said no, then she called back and said yes.. The front fest man that came and took me to other room, with much better reception to TV came and Literally watched us put our things in our bags to move… he was not a bellman nor was there to help.. he was just watching us, I asked him to step out while we got our things together. We moved our bags he was in his phone on the elevator I had to tell him PLEASE push the floor we were going to. Very rude. Nothing like the nice technichian .
