I would definitely stay here again. The beds are comfy and great service and staff. The location was walkable to lots of restaurants and bars and the area felt safe.

Great location for Solo Female explorers

I enjoyed the Hotel Antre. The staff was nice nd accommodating. The hotel was centrally located in Colonial Americana and only a couple blocks from the main Chapultepec Ave. As a solo Black female, I felt safe and even walked the main avenue at night (in the middle). Close to everything.

DO NOT STAY HERE – Cleaning staff stole my gold necklaces! I’ve stayed at this hotel at least three times, but this last experience was completely unacceptable. At checkout, I accidentally left two gold necklaces inside the nightstand next to the phone. I realized it right after leaving and called immediately — but of course, “no one found anything.” I followed up multiple times, and still, no one investigated or questioned the cleaning lady, who clearly had access. Not even hotel security got involved. They refused to take real action or responsibility. I’m extremely disappointed. I used to love this place, but now I feel completely disrespected and robbed. Shame on the management for not protecting loyal guests.

The room is comfortable and clean. It has an Alexa speaker on the ceiling (I'm concerned about privacy). During my stay, I had some issues with my room, which were quickly resolved. The location is good, close to bars and restaurants.
